At NOISSEY®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all NOISSEY® tags and labels remain intact and attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
